This website is operated by Clearview Motors Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17415666. Our registered office is Unit 39 Hallmark Trading Centre, Fourth Way, Wembley, England, HA9 0LB. This is a registered office address only and is not a viewing address.

4. Vehicle listings
We take care to describe our vehicles accurately, but vehicle details, specifications, equipment and prices are subject to change and may contain errors or omissions.
Availability is not guaranteed — a vehicle shown as available may be sold or reserved before the listing is updated.
Photographs show the actual vehicle unless stated otherwise, but colours and finishes can appear differently on screen.
5. Prices
Prices shown are in pounds sterling and are the price of the vehicle.
Where a price is shown as excluding VAT, this is stated on the listing.
Prices do not include any additional products or services unless stated. Prices may change at any time.
6. Valuations and enquiries
If you ask us to value your vehicle, any figure we give you is based on the information you provide and is not an offer to buy. It is subject to us inspecting the vehicle and confirming its condition, history and paperwork.
Sending us an enquiry or a valuation request does not create a contract between us.
When you enter a registration to look up a vehicle, we retrieve basic details from the DVSA's vehicle records. That information comes from a third party and we do not guarantee its accuracy. If the vehicle shown is not yours, please check the registration and search again. We confirm a vehicle's details with you when we see it.
7. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
8. Links to other websites
Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
9. Our content, and third-party rights
The content on this site — including text, photographs, logos and page design — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not use it without our permission.
Some vehicle information, including technical specifications, is supplied by third-party data providers and remains subject to their rights. Manufacturer, model and brand names are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we sell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any vehicle manufacturer.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of relying on the content of this website where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

12. If part of these terms does not apply
